The result of an implementation without preparation is very consistent. The more technically savvy resource in the project team becomes the admin and is now tasked with trying to complete the implementation by training and sustained member's involvements and performing jobs outside the scope of an admin user. This is what happens when members of the project team are not effectively shown how their job integrates into PLM. They never discover how to use or incorporate PLM into their daily routine and internal processes.
