We at Violet Services believe that every problem or issue can be solved. Every business or situation has opportunities for improvement. You'd be surprised how often we're introduced to what seem like steadfast problems and issues that we've been able to overcome. Depending on what services are to be received determine the scope of questions. However, we often want to learn about the business as a whole and individuals. We want to know what your perspective is.
We often find that clients are not always aware of all the issues and problems they face with their business. A good consultant doesn't just do what you tell them to do. They also hear what you need and not just what you want. Business are looking for advice and support and if they had everything all figured out then what would they need us for. Exactly, we identify the challenges and solutions that are not obvious.
We provide a comprehensive list and information of recorded challenges coupled with goals and objectives. This list and information is used as a hit-list or Action Items and goals. These lists are subject to change as business environments are dynamic. This information is used to provide direction. And, direction is helpful to come with a timeline. We want you to know how long it's going to take to get to where we need to go.
Measure up, it's important to measure what needs to get done and where your business wants to go. Without metrics or data it's equivalent to driving blind. We find ways to measure progress and performance. Nothing in the future is ever certain but good data and metrics make the future more predictable.

A long-term relationship is nice to have. Working with resources that have been with you for a while or since the beginning is great. Think of us as employees in that we maintain knowledge of internal business processes, culture, challenges, and history. These elements of resources are often lost continually in today's industries.
